Like living in the city.
Welcome to Wallisellen’s first urban quarter: the IntegraSquare.
In the last years, Wallisellen – located in the Zürich Glattal – was the strongest growing and youngest community of all in the district of Bülach.
South of the train tracks in Wallisellen, there used to be an old industrial zone with partly undeveloped areas. The IntegraSquare used to be the production site for the Swiss railway industry. It has been redeveloped to a lively place with modern apartments in various shapes. There are still some left overs of the industrial era – like some brick production buildings and a blacksmith’s shop. In the future there will be room for art exhibitions and events.
The generous park between the buildings with its old and tall trees invites for a short break or to meet other tenants. The mix of apartments and office rooms is of advantage to everybody. The IntegraSquare is a lively, characterful place, which is neither an anonymous dormity town nor a grey office complex. It rather combines the advantages of village life with the nearness to the city of Zürich.
